Employee Training
Employers are always looking for better and more cost-effective ways to train their employees. At Risk Designers, we have developed interactive online training. This training is mostly video based and includes quizzes and testing mechanisms. Best of all, as the employer, manager, or administrator, you will be able to see grades, time spent on the site, and time spent per section. This allows the employer the comfort of giving their employees the same great education they may get at a class, under the supervision of normal office conditions and for a fraction of the price.
Many classes of business find that after sending employees to off-site training, they do not have the retention necessary to move forth. With our training programs, employees will have yearlong access to the same videos they learned from during their original training sessions. You may also give seasoned employees access to quickly look up topics as needed.

We find the actors, film the video, edit the video, help you develop the content, and post it to our online training software for your use.
Our customized training programs can be deployed as a collection of standard or high definition, DVDs, video files, online videos, or as a complete web application with testing and reporting. We have extensive experience in creating quality videos and testing materials.
